Liberation— I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately. It’s not enough simply to be liberated in your body. To feel comfortable in your skin and love the pieces of you that don’t conform to any standard or ideal beauty. It’s not enough to feel liberated in your work. To do what you love and spend your days filling up the yearning to give and receive, to make the world more beautiful with your touch. It’s not enough to feel liberated in your soul, at peace in your mind and grounded, tapped in and turned on to your heart. It’s not enough to feel liberated in your community. To have the freedom to create what you want and be who you are, just as you are.It is e n o u g h when they all come together. The trinity. Mind, body & soul. Having this majestic waterfall all by myself was an absolute dream! The pure nature coming right at me with water sprinkles in the air, natural cold breeze and powerful sound from the falling water- it made me wanna have it all without any cover and I went as far as I could🤫 That freedom in the heart of the mother nature.. A memory I would never forget..!!
